Hours:                             As and when required, up until 31st August 2021

 

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a casual Handyperson who takes a pride in their work to join our team. Duties will include routine indoor and outdoor maintenance work, alongside basic decoration tasks.  Please see job description for more details.

Cleaner at Norton Canes Primary Academy

 

Role:                        Cleaner

Location:                  Norton Canes, School Road, Norton Canes, Cannock, Staffordshire WS11 9SQ

Salary:                      £9.30 per hour

Hours:                      10.5 hours per week

Working Weeks:      39 weeks Term time only plus 42 hours over holiday periods (at mutually agreed times)

Start Date:               ASAP subject to enhanced DBS clearance, medical and two suitable professional references

Norton Canes Primary Academy is a rapidly developing School on its path to outstanding.

We are looking to appoint a hardworking, reliable, enthusiastic and motivated person to join our school and to help us to ensure that the required standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained within our setting.

Duties will include:

  • vacuuming,
  • sweeping,
  • washing,
  • polishing,
  • dusting,
  • emptying litter bins,
  • deep cleaning
  • and using powered equipment as required.

The successful candidate must have an understanding of the safe use of cleaning chemicals / machinery.  Training will be provided.
