PE

Pupils in Year Four have PE each Wednesday and Thursday. Please ensure that pupils wear their PE kit (white t-shirt, black shorts and trainers) to school on their PE days. We aim to have PE outside as much as possible pupils are also encouraged to wear tracksuit bottoms and a warm jumper over the top of their usual kit, if the weather dictates.

Homework

Children are able to make the best progress in their learning when they receive consistent support from school and home. In Year Four, we ask that you complete the following homework weekly.

• Reading at home at least 3 nights a week -  This reading can be a combination of their big cat book, shared reader or books from home. 
• Maths - Children are asked to practices their times tables. Miss Cameron will inform the child which times table to practice. 
• Spellings - Children will be given spellings to practice over a 2 week period.
